We want you to love your Penshoppe favorites, which is why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments and face masks are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Penshoppe account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Pickup

  Choose between dropping off your package at any authorized courier partner location or scheduling a home pickup through our logistics portal.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
